Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.
At Awake Stores, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible — and that includes getting your order to you safely and on time. Here’s a breakdown of how our shipping works.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. A valid residential or commercial street address is required for all orders.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your package ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on live carrier rates and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume may occur.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the USPS or UPS website to follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every issue with your order seriously. If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up at all, please reach out to us right away and we’ll look into it. Each situation is reviewed individually and we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.
- → Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages
- → For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product when you reach out
- → We’ll be in touch within 2 business days of your report
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because orders begin processing quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing checkout.
